2.Hosting and Service Provision

My content can be accessed in different ways. Depending on the access path, the technical hosting provider differs:

A) Access via the main website (odiinfx.com)
I operate this website on a dedicated server managed via a cloud provider. To secure and accelerate content delivery, a CDN is used in front of the server.

• Hosting / Server: [cloudflare.com] – Your data is physically stored on this provider’s servers. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place.

• Domain & DNS: Cloudflare Inc. – The domain and DNS resolution are managed by Cloudflare. Technical requests, such as your IP address during name resolution, are processed briefly. Data transfers to the U.S. are protected by standard contractual clauses.

• Forms: Embedded forms are provided by Tally (see Section 4).

B) Access via Framer Direct Links
If you access my website or forms via Framer direct links, the content is hosted directly on Framer servers, without Cloudflare in between. This applies specifically to:

When using these links, your access data (IP address, metadata) is processed directly by Framer.

3.Data Collection and Forms

Types of data
I process data necessary for initiating and conducting projects, including:

• Information you provide: Name, email address, phone number, project details

• Technical data: Automatic metadata during access and form submission

Purpose of processing

• Responding to project inquiries and communication

• Preparing offers and handling contracts

• Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., tax requirements)

Legal basis (Germany / EU GDPR)

• Contract performance / pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To process inquiries, prepare offers, and carry out projects

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): For secure operation of the website, attack prevention, and internal organization

• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): To meet statutory requirements (e.g., accounting retention)

Project Requests:
Project requests submitted through the form are collected for informational purposes only. No contracts will be executed and no payments are accepted at this time. Actual project work is expected to start from May 2026 onwards.

I work with external service providers to process requests efficiently. Data processing agreements are in place with all providers.

Whether embedded on odiinfx.com or accessed via direct link, the form technology is provided by framer.

• Your input is transmitted and processed by framer

• framer may set technically necessary cookies to ensure functionality

Notion (Organization)
After submitting a form, data is automatically transferred to my Notion workspace for internal organization, documentation, and project management.
Notion processes data as a data processor and transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses.

5.Data Retention and Security

Retention period
I store personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose:

• Project-related data: For the duration of the project and statutory retention periods (generally 10 years for tax-relevant documents)

• Inquiries without a contract: Deleted no later than 12 months after final communication

Data security (SSL/TLS)
To protect your data during transmission, both my website and framer use SSL/TLS encryption. Recognizable by the “https://” prefix and lock symbol in the browser.

6.External Links (Social Media)

My website may contain links to my social media profiles. These are simple hyperlinks. Only when you click on the link does the respective platform (e.g., Instagram/Meta) process your data under its own responsibility.
